As so much planning and effort has gone into your wedding day, the last thing you need is to have you and your guests racing all over town for ceremony, photos and then reception and accommodation.

We can offer everything you need in the one precinct, so your day will be effortless.

Take advantage of our serene Japanese garden for your ceremony, which also makes a beautiful backdrop for photographs, as does the Sculpture Gardens and modern architecture of the Campbelltown Arts Centre itself. Your guests can also relax and gather in our garden portico or bell-tree courtyard for canapes and pre-dinner drinks while you're having your photos taken. You may opt for a cocktail party and enjoy the gardens and alfresco atmosphere, or guests can be ushered into one of our reception rooms for a sit-down dinner.

Rydges Campbelltown is within close walking distance of the Arts Centre, so your comfortable bed is an easy stroll away.

Catering and Menu Planning

The Arts Centre Cafe is under the management of catering team, Hans and Rose Versteeg. With a background in fine-dining restaurants, along with extensive five-star hotel experience, we understand that great food, and flawless service is the focal point of any event, whether this is a casual lunch or cocktail party, to a six course degustation extravaganza. Our experienced catering and events team will be on-hand from the planning stages to washing the dishes, and understand that the menu, like all other areas of your event, should reflect your individual style and taste.

Kids are well looked after as well, please ask us about our kids menus, starting from $11 per child.

Theming and Decorating

Decorating and styling add impact and personality to any event. The philosophy of our in-house stylist, Margaret Coenen, from Fresh Creative Styling is that creativity and imagination is the key, and this certainly doesn't have to break the bank. When booking your function, we offer a free consultation with Margaret to run through some simple tips and ideas for decorating and personalising the space you have chosen. If you have a specific vision, talk to Margaret, she can make it happen!

Sound and Lighting

As a high-profile performance centre and theatre, the Campbelltown Arts Centre's technicians have access to state of the art equipment and extensive experience in sound and lighting. This can be as simple as spotlighting, projection screen and background music, to dramatic special effects. The effective lighting brings this space to life, let your imagination run wild!

Booking Procedures

If you're considering the Campbelltown Arts Centre as the venue for your wedding or special event, we are happy to meet with you to discuss any questions that you may have, and to check availabilities of the venue.

If you wish to go ahead, on confirmation of availability, the venue hire cost is invoiced through the Arts Centre Cafe and will confirm your space. This amount serves as a deposit and is not refundable less than six months from the date of your event.

A booking confirmation will be sent through to you, and you will have the opportunity to meet with our events coordinator and stylist to discuss menu-planning, decorating, and any other details. You are more than welcome to email or contact us for any other details or questions to help everything run perfectly on the day.

Menus can be finalised within two weeks of your function, and final numbers and special dietry requirements are required no later than seven days in advance. Full payment will be required on receipt of invoice at this time.

Please contact us for further details.
